I know it looks good and makes an effective tool for the non-illustrator but how many more times are we going to see magazine pages embellished with streams of numbers and random text patterns?

I agree with Neville Brody, who said that Typography has reached the stage in its development where legibility is no longer the primary goal but I wonder how designers would cope, if this tool were to be removed from their repertoire?
